Announcement: Under the revised Malaysia Sales and Service Tax (SST) rules which came into effect on July 1 2025, a 6% service tax will apply to private education services provided to non-Malaysian students. As such, we will include the 6% SST on all course fees i.e. enrolment and tuition fees from September 1 2025 onwards.

* Rooms are subject to availability. Please ensure you make payment to secure your booking.
* Electricity and water charges will be billed monthly. Charges are as per usage.
* ELC accommodation is for student only. Students are not allowed to bring friend(s) to share their room
* A deposit of USD300 is required upon check in. The deposit is refundable after deduction of charges due to damage of assets in the accommodation and/or any outstanding bills.
* Please note that room layouts and furnishings may vary by unit.
** UOW Malaysia Dormitory are for UOW Malaysia Students only.
